This might just warrant a few extra boxes of Thin Mints delivered to the police station!

Fourth and fifth grade Girl Scouts from Haverhill Troop 62806 received their very own detective badges thanks to a lesson in police work from Detective Rick Welch, the department confirmed.

During his visit, Welch offered a tutorial on fingerprinting, handwriting analysis and taught the troop—who meets at All Saints Parish—about DNA evidence.
