Update: Haverhill Police reported Tuesday that Alicea was located “safe and sound” Monday night.
Haverhill Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a “missing/endangered” Haverhill teenager.
Angel Alicea, 18, was last seen at 12:30 this morning. He is described as being five feet, one inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, having black hair with blond highlights and brown eyes.
He was wearing dark colored jeans, black sneakers and an orange back pack.
