The Young Professionals Committee of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce is hosting mini-golf during a business-after-hours mixer Wednesday night.
The mixer takes place Wednesday, June 21, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Nunan Florist and Greenhouses, 269 Central St., Georgetown. Committee members seek to create a space where young professionals may grow their careers while meeting fellow professionals who serve in the business and non-profit fields.
“The goal of this event is to get young professionals networking with each other, and to also get them to meet and network with experienced professionals in the area,” said Hillary Rogers, the Chamber’s social media and marketing coordinator for the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. “Being a Young Professional is a challenge. There are so many things to learn about the business world. The goal of this committee is to create an atmosphere where we can learn, network and grow together,” she added.
