Hinkle Joins Asperger Works as Job Coach

Judith Hinkle has joined Asperger Works of Lawrence as a job coach.

Hinkle, of Haverhill, helps find jobs for clients through research and contacting prospective employees.

“I have family and close friends who have children with Asperger’s. I have seen the struggles they go through as well as the successes that are possible with the correct quality resources,” Hinkle said. “When a person is successfully employed they feel as though they have a purpose and are contributing to society.”

Asperger Works, a non-profit helping to match adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders with job opportunities, was founded by Daniel R. Rajczyk, formerly of Haverhill. The organization uses space donated by Northeast Independent Living Program (NILP), 20 Ballard Road, Lawrence, and began accepting clients last September.
