A Haverhill man arrested early Wednesday on drunken-driving charges by Haverhill police was scheduled to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Mark Feeney, 28, of 7 Mitchell Barrett Lane, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 12:53 a.m. at 93 Merrimack St. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and a marked lanes violation.

Elise Kasparian, 18, of 43 Lamoille Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 11:47 a.m. at Haverhill High School, 137 Monument St. She was charged with assault and battery and disturbing a school assembly.
Frank Kimball, 27, of 138 Franklin St., Haverhill, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. at 10 Concord St. and charged with non-larceny breaking and entering a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct.
Warrant arrests:
Alexander Messina, 21, of 522 Hildreth St., Dracut, related to drug possession with intent to distribute, assault and battery on a police officer, forgery of a document, disguise to obstruct justice, driving with a suspended license, speeding and marked lanes violation, 2:46 p.m., Eighteenth Avenue.
Chelsea Donovan, 25, 30 Vine St., Haverhill, related to driving without a license and a composing, sending or reading text violation, 30 Vine St., 7:38 p.m.
I see at least 10 people a day texting while driving.
This is the first time I’ve seen police charge someone with it.
