Charity Event Raises $120,000 for Merrimack Valley Hospice

“A Fair to Remember—Food, Wine, Beer Pairing and Silent Auction” raised $120,000 for Merrimack Valley Hospice and drew nearly 350 sponsors and guests last month.

The event took place Sept. 22, at Black Swan Country Club, Georgetown.

The silent auction offered more than 100 packages including premium sports tickets and autographed memorabilia, weekend getaways, nights on the town and a Getaway to Napa Valley. A variety of food, wine and beer selections were served while guests enjoyed county fair-themed entertainment, tried their hands at the wine bottle ring toss or sat for a psychic reading.

Lead sponsors included Fazioli Charitable Foundation as Premier Sponsor and Pentucket Bank as Grand Cru Sponsor. TD Bank was the Chateau Sponsor. Reserve Sponsors included Byram Healthcare, Eastern Bank, Enterprise Bank, Lupoli Companies, Pentucket Medical Associates and Trinity EMS.
