Jeffrey Klier, 61, Worked for Moving Companies

Jeffrey Klier, 61, of Haverhill, passed away Saturday, March 19.

He was born Oct. 24, 1954 in Lawrence, son of the late George and Irene (Roddy) Klier. Educated in Lawrence, Klier worked for several moving companies and later worked independently performing painting, yard work and other small jobs. He loved going to Webster Lake and spending time with the “lake people” who referred to him as the “old man.” He and his brother Mark have been constant companions. He loved spending time with family and friends. The family wishes to extend itsgratitude to the Merrimack Valley Hospice.

He leaves his son Jeffrey Klier, Fort Mills, S.C.; sisters Linda and her husband Philip Giordano of Salem, N.H., Geraldine and her husband William Thomas of Bristol, N.H., and Irene and her husband Barry Condron of Hampstead, N.H.; brother Mark Klier of Derry, N.H.; grandchildren, Jeffrey, FaLynn and Rian; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Shaun and brother George. The family thanks cousin Donna Wormald and family for watching over Klier for many years.

Celebration of his life will takes place at Blackwater Grill, 43 Pelham Road, Salem, N.H., Saturday March 26, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 North Ave., Haverhill, MA 01830.
