Mary E. (Tannian) Perreault, 85, wife of the late Arthur J. Perreault, passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, at Penacook Place, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Mary L. (Thompson) Tannian. She attended Haverhill Public Schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, class of 1949. Perreault was employed for many years as a secretary at Western Electric, retiring from Lucent Technologies. She loved all animals especially her dogs.
She is survived by her children, Steven M. Perreault and his wife Amy of Plaistow, N.H.; Susan E. Cookinham and her husband Randolph of Amesbury and Maryellen McMahon; six grandchildren, Katie Gibby, Kelly Dark, Thomas McMahon, Amy McMahon, Nicholas Perreault and Maiya Perreault. She was predeceased by her brother Thomas Tannian in 2014.
Family and friends were invited to calling hours and funeral services this morning. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hilldale Avenue, Haverhill. Contributions may be made in her memory to the MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
