Holy Family Hospital urologist Steven R. Previte has been named one of the Best Doctors in America for 2015-2016.
For more than 20 years Best Doctors has conducted a physician survey to identify the doctors that other doctors trust most. The Best Doctors in America database includes the names and professional profiles of more than 40,000 of the best doctors in the country. A peer review survey determines which physicians are included, state by state, and Dr. Previte is one of the esteemed physicians chosen in Massachusetts.
“What an honor to be named one of the Best Doctors in America,” said Previte. “This is especially meaningful because physicians have reviewed my work and determined that I’m one of the Massachusetts physicians they trust the most. I feel grateful and privileged.”
Previte, a board certified urologist, earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, and then completed his internship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, and his fellowship in urology at Boston Medical Center.

Previte is senior partner at Northeast Urologic Surgery, North Andover, where he is in practice with Urologists George E. Canellakis, Liam J. Hurley, Christopher Ip, Teodora Kurteva and Ossama E. Sakr.
Holy Family Hospital has campuses in Haverhill and Methuen.
