A man was arrested by Haverhill police on warrants for theft and drug charges Wednesday night.
Kyle Daynard, 21, address not listed, was taken into custody at 9:39 p.m., Wednesday, at the police station, 40 Bailey Boulevard. Under the warrants, he was charged with larceny over $250 and possession of a class B drug.
He is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
