Plaistow Man Faces Unarmed Robbery and Assault Charges

A Plaistow man is facing unarmed robbery and assault charges in Haverhill District Court after his arrest by Haverhill police early Saturday on an outstanding warrant.

Hector Rosado, 29, of Plaistow, was taken into custody at 4:11 a.m., Saturday, at 259 Main St. Under the warrant, he was charged with assault and battery and unarmed robbery.

In other police news:

A Haverhill woman is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on drunk driving charges following her arrest by police Saturday night. Shannon Glazier, 42, of 59 Arch St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:04 p.m., Saturday, at 106 Lafayette Square. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and alcohol from an open container violation.

Two Haverhill men face unrelated theft charges in district court after separate arrests by police Friday afternoon on warrants.

Kevin Darwin, 35, of 15 Day St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 2:56 p.m., Friday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. Under the warrant, he was charged with felony breaking and entering in the nighttime, larceny over $250 and destruction of property.

Later, at 5:50 p.m., Joseph Jacobs, 25, 19 Lansing Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 93 Lafayette Square on a warrant charging him with shoplifting, assault and battery and threat to commit a crime.

A police investigation led to the arrest of a Haverhill woman shortly after 6 p.m., Friday, at police headquarters on charges including malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Meagan McCusker, 23, of 224 Middle Road, Haverhill, was additionally charged with an unspecified municipal bylaw or ordinance violation.
