Man Faces Charge of Exposing Himself at Winnekenni Park

A Haverhill man, accused of exposing himself Thursday morning near Winnekenni Park, was due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on a police charge of open and gross lewdness.

Greggory Nihan, 43, of 20 Westland Terrace, Haverhill, was arrested at 10:47 a.m., Thursday, at 2 Castle Road.

In other police news:

A Derry, N.H. man heads to court to face a drug possession charge stemming from an arrest by Haverhill police late Thursday afternoon. Police report Patrick Cambria, 45, of Derry, was arrested at 4:54 p.m., Thursday, on Main Street. He was charged with possession of a class A drug.

A Lawrence woman accused by police of repeat taxi fare evasion—the latest allegation involving a cab near downtown Haverhill Thursday night, is also due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on outstanding warrants for multiple charges, including assault.

Emilsy Mata, 23, of Lawrence, was arrested at 10:41 p.m., Thursday, at 90 River St. She was charged with evasion of taxi fare and using a disguise to obstruct justice. Under outstanding warrants, she was previously charged with evade of taxi fare, assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of assault and battery on a public employee, larceny over $250, resisting arrest and trespassing.

An Andover woman faces drunk driving charges from Haverhill police after her arrest Thursday night on Interstate 495 northbound. Richelle Gray, 21, of Andover, was taken into custody at 9:55 p.m., Thursday. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, alcohol from an open container violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
