Gov. Baker to Address Merrimack Valley Chamber at Annual Dinner

Massachusetts Gov. Charles D. Baker will address members of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce at the organization’s annual meeting in October.

The group will also present a “Leadership and Valor Award” posthumously to Boston Mayor Thomas Menino. Mrs. Menino will accept it, chamber officials said. Other awards to be presented are the Wilkinson Good Citizenship Award and Community Spirit Award.

The annual dinner takes place Wed., Oct. 7, beginning at 6 p.m. for cocktails at 6:45 for dinner at DiBurro’s Function Facility, 887 Boston Road, Haverhill. Tickets are $125 per person.
