Methuen Man Due in Court to Face Lewd Conduct Charges

A Methuen man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on lewd conduct charges after his arrest Sunday evening at Westgate Plaza, 400 Lowell Ave.

According to Haverhill police, Jeremy Gibbs, 32, of Methuen, was arrested at 6:26 p.m., Sunday and charged with open and gross lewdness, lewd and lascivious conduct and a marked lanes violation.

Three people also face various motor vehicle charges stemming from separate arrests during traffic stops by Haverhill police over the weekend.

Haverhill police report Michael R. Quinones, 22, of Lawrence, was arrested at 7 p.m., Sunday, at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Main Street. He was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and also taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear for jury duty.

Friday, at 10:10 p.m., police arrested Derek Sacco, 26, of Derry, N.H. at Cumberland Farms convenience store, Main Street, on charges of driving without a license and a stop sign violation.

Also, Jeffrey Cofresi, 20, of Lawrence, was arrested at 7:24 p.m., Friday, at the intersection of River and Beach streets. He was charged with driving without a license, negligent operation, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful transport of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

A Haverhill man, accused of assault and possible hate crime, is due in court after his arrest at home early Sunday morning. Haverhill police report Thomas Bradbury, 41, of 60 High St., Haverhill, was arrested at 3:25 a.m., Sunday, on a warrant charging him with assault and battery and assault and battery to intimidate for race or religion.

A Haverhill man is due in district court to face charges including felony breaking and entering in the nighttime following his arrest by Haverhill police Saturday. According to police, Luis Diaz, 25, of 10 Swasey St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11 a.m., Saturday, at 20 Grand Ave. In addition to breaking and entering, he was charged with threatening to commit a crime.

Sean M. Corocoran, 18, 131 Lakeview Ave., Haverhill, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (flashlight), 2 counts, 1:30 a.m., Friday, Lakeview Avenue.

Robert Zangari, 49, 347 Primrose St., Haverhill, warrant, drinking in public, 11:50 a.m., Friday, Winter Street.

Hipolito Gonzalez, 21, 127 How St., Haverhill, warrants, larceny under $250, malicious damage to property, use of a motor vehicle without authority, driving after license suspension, 2:15 p.m., Friday, Nichols Street.
