Police Arrest Haverhill Teen on Charges of Exposing Himself

A Haverhill teenager accused of exposing himself is due to appear in a juvenile court session in Lawrence District Court following his arrest Thursday.

Haverhill police report a 14-year old male was arrested at 12:45 p.m., Thursday on a charge of open and gross lewdness. He also faces a second count of open and gross lewdness under an outstanding warrant. His identity is being withheld due to his age.

In other police news, two Haverhill residents are facing charges in court in connection with an alleged unarmed robbery attempt at Westgate shopping plaza, 400 Lowell Ave.

According to Haverhill police, Jeffrey Dodge, 52 and Brenda Blanchard, 53, both of 3 Blaisdell St., Haverhill, were arrested at 10:58 a.m., Thursday. Dodge was charged with attempt to commit a crime (unarmed robbery). Blanchard was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Also, a Haverhill man faces a charge of loitering after his arrest by Haverhill police late Thursday night. Police report Erik Charles Saunders, 37, of 9 Fountain St., Haverhill, was arrested at 10:45 p.m., Thursday, at 105 White St.
