A Haverhill man accused of sexual assault on a minor is due to be arraigned in district court following his arrest stemming from an investigation by Haverhill police.
According to police, Phillip Wightman, 58, of 67 South Central St., Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant at 2:42 p.m., Monday, at home. He is charged with one count of indecent assault and battery on a child.
