The Haverhill Council on Aging is offering what it calls “a gentle, eclectic workout routine called ‘Movement to Music’” twice a week.

Classes take place Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Haverhill Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St.

Seniors exercise among friends where they are encouraged to work at their own pace while listening music of the 1950s. Singing is optional. Instructor Heather True offers the first class free of charge and subsequent classes are $3 per class.
