Man Accused of Theft, Exposing Himself Due in Court

A Haverhill man, accused of theft and of exposing himself, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court after his arrest Sunday afternoon at GAR Park.

Haverhill police report William S. Bouzianis, 54, of Haverhill, was taken into custody at 3:25 p.m., Sunday, at the park. He was charged with larceny from a person and indecent exposure.

In other police news, a Haverhill woman is due in court to face theft charges, allegedly by credit card. According to Haverhill police, Alexis Quadros, 20, of Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant at 4:40 p.m., Sunday, at 1 Washington Square. She is charged with larceny under $250 and improper use of a credit card.

A Haverhill man faces drunk driving and other motor vehicle charges in connection with an alleged hit and run crash Saturday evening. Haverhill police report Richard Gondola, 50, of Haverhill, was arrested at 7:15 p.m., Saturday, at 99 Freeman St. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and wanton destruction of property.

A traffic stop by Haverhill police lead to the arrests of two Haverhill residents on various charges. Police report Amie Noyes, 31 and Christopher Hanscom, 32, both of Haverhill, were arrested at 11:05 a.m., Saturday, at 62 Portland St. Hanscom was charged with possession of a class A drug. Noyes was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and cited for failure to signal.

A warrant arrest by Haverhill police at a home Friday lead to the arrest of another resident on a drug possession charge. Police report Christopher Gonyer, 39, of Haverhill, was arrested at 12:50 p.m., Friday, at 138 South Elm St on a court warrant and a charge of being a fugitive from justice. A second resident, Pablo Rivera, 35, of Haverhill, was arrested on a charge of possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute.
