Bank Names Seven as Corporators, Including Two Elected Officials

Two elected Haverhill officials are among seven new corporators named at the Pentucket Bank’s 124th annual meeting last month.

Elected were City Councilor Michael McGonagle, owner of McGonagle Contingency Staffing, Haverhill, and School Committeeman Paul Maggliocchetti, an attorney and partner in the law firm of Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras & Maggliocchetti.

Others named were Ronald Carpenito, of North Andover, and Realtor with Keller Williams of Andover; Stephen Galinsky, of Haverhill, owner of Galinsky Plumbing & Heating; Dawn Pease, of North Andover, owner of Dawn’s Sign Tech of North Andover.

Peter Shaheen, of North Andover, attorney and partner in the law firm of Shaheen, Guerrara & O’Leary of North Andover; and Donna Yameen, of Haverhill, manager of her family-owned Butcher Boy Market of North Andover.

Pentucket Bank was established in 1891 as a mutually chartered bank.
