Sandown Voters Go to the Polls Today

Polls are open Tuesday in the town of Sandown, N.H. as local voters decide various races for town office and on annual town meeting warrant articles.

Contested town races include two candidates for a seat on the Sandown board of selectmen, two for town moderator and two for a seat on the Timberlane Regional school district board. A total 35 warrant articles for town, school district and zoning matters will be decided upon. They include town warrant article 17, a citizen petition calling upon the town’s congressional delegation to enact a constitutional amendment to regulate campaign spending in state elections by out of state groups.

The polls at Sandown town hall, 320 Main Street, Sandown, are open until 8 p.m., Tuesday.
