Haverhill Now Accepts Dog License Registrations Online or by Mail

If you don’t want to brave the snow to register Fido, the Haverhill City Clerk’s office has a solution.

Annual dog license and renewal applications may be completed in the comfort of your home and mailed or emailed to the city clerk once licensing begins March 1.

Dog license applications may be downloaded from the clerk’s office at its website.

Applications must be sent with a current rabies certificate with expiration date. Certificates of spaying or neutering must be included.

Licensing for service dogs and kennels must be done in office. All documentation may be emailed to [email protected].

Payments—$20 for each dog, or $15 for spayed or neutered animals—may also be made online.

Once applications and documentation are submitted and payment made, the city clerk will mail licenses and tags.
