Creative Haverhill is holding a Poetry Open Mic Night from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Feb. 26, at the Paint and Wine Lounge, 57 Wingate St., Haverhill.
All ages are welcome from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and, 18 years old and older between 8 and 9:30 p.m. This event gives the opportunity for the community to give a seven minute or less poetry, prose or spoken word reading of their choice. Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s encouraged to make a reservation for your time slot. There is a $2 suggested donation. Light refreshments will be available.
