Two men are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on drug-related charges following their arrests by Haverhill Police late Tuesday morning.
Haverhill Police report 56-year-old Michael Souther of Haverhill and 44-year-old Scott Dumas of Seabrook, N.H. were arrested at 11:52 a.m., Tuesday, at the junction of Lincoln and Riverside Avenues. Souther is charged with distribution of class A and class B substances, and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Dumas is charged with possession of class A and class B substances and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
