Noelle Learned-Jemiolo, 33, Route 1 Crash Victim

Noelle Learned-Jemiolo, age 33, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, died early Tuesday morning, January 13, 2015, in Peabody.

Learned-Jemiolo was pronounced dead at Lahey Medical Center after state police said she was struck on the northbound lane of Route 1 in front of Red’s Tavern in Peabody. State Police Trooper Gary Sacco said 51-year-old Brendan Kennedy of Ipswich was driving a 2012 Honda CRV. He was not injured in the crash and no charges have been filed.

Born in Beverly, Dec. 24, 1981, she was the daughter of Lori Dalton of Haverhill and the late David Learned ,and was a graduate of Haverhill High School and Northern Essex Community College. Learned-Jemiolo pursued a career in the human services field.

In addition to her mother, Lori of Haverhill, she leaves behind her two daughters, Alyssa and Emma Jemiolo of Haverhill; her maternal grandmother, Doris McGirr of Haverhill; her sisters, Shani Gamble of East Kingston, N.H., and Heather Learned of Haverhill along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, whom all held her in a special place in their hearts.

A private memorial service will be held for the family at the Paul C. Rogers-Carnevale Family Funeral Home, 334 Main Street, Haverhill. Interment in Walnut Cemetery, Haverhill, will also be private.
