A Haverhill woman is due to be arraigned Tuesday in Haverhill District Court on drunk driving and other charges in connection with a motor vehicle accident Saturday evening.
Haverhill Police report 34-year-old Erin Stefanek of Haverhill was arrested at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, at 40 Magnavista Drive. She is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
In other police news, a traffic stop by Haverhill Police Saturday night lead to the arrests of two young men and a juvenile, each charged with under-age possession of liquor. Haverhill Police report 19-year-old Alex Cote of Pelham, N.H., 19-year-old Emmanuel Fiallo of Haverhill, and a 17-year-old male from Haverhill, were taken into custody at about 8:50 p.m., Saturday, at the intersection of 4th Avenue and North Street. Cote was additionally charged with a stop sign violation.
