Haverhill Police are cracking down on motor vehicle-related offenses with the start of a new school year for local students. At least three separate traffic stops lead to arrests for driving without a license.
In a stop involving two arrests, Haverhill Police report 31-year-old Angel Rosario of Haverhill was charged with failure to stop and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police also arrested 29-year-old Luisa Nunez of Haverhill on a warrant charging her with allowing unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The arrests occurred at 7:15 p.m., Tuesday, on Sixth Avenue.
