A Haverhill man sought by police in connection with a stolen credit card investigation was taken into custody Sunday evening at GAR Park.
Haverhill Police report 36-year-old Charles Gallagher of Haverhill was arrested at 6 p.m., Sunday, on a warrant charging him with larceny of a credit card, credit card fraud over $250 dollarsand larceny over $250. He was additionally charged with obstructing a police investigation. He is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
