Anna T. (Duprey) Converse, 79, passed away at Holy Family Merrimack Valley Hospital.
Born in Haverhill on March 25, 1935, Anna was the daughter of the late Dominic and Alice (Littlefield) Duprey.
Anna worked many years for various shoe companies in Haverhill as well as Eastern Canvas. While her daughter Tina was a member of the Maidens Drill Team Anna served as Assistant Director for many years. She, along with her friends, enjoyed Bingo at St. Joseph’s Church and at various other locations.
Anna is survived by her daughters, Tina Gardella and her husband Sean of Haverhill, Theresa Falco and husband Philip of Methuen, Roberta Hunter of Haverhill; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Donna Moschetti and husband Anthony of Iowa, Noreen Rourke and husband John of Methuen, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Elizabeth Pappalardo and Robert Duprey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on Thursday, August 21st, at 2:00 p.m., at Second Baptist Church in Haverhill. Arrangements by Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill.
