Allison Field, of North Hampton, N.H., joined Haverhill-based Pentucket Bank last month as senior vice president of sales management and retail banking.
Allison comes to the bank with more than 20 years of banking experience, including retail branch administration, marketing and commercial Lending. In her new role at Pentucket Bank, Field will collaborate with departments bank-wide to develop a cohesive sales process to help achieve the bank’s goals. This includes implementing new processes and programs to deepen the bank’s penetration into existing markets and strengthening customer relationships while also expanding into new markets.

In addition to her focus on the development and growth of full service consumer and commercial lending and deposit relationships, Allison will oversee the efforts of the investment division of the Bank, Pentucket Financial Services.
Field has served as the president of the Board of Governors for the American Independence Museum in Exeter, N.H. , president of the Exeter Rotary Club and past board chair of the Exeter Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee.
