A North Andover man is accused of theft in an incident Wednesday afternoon at a Haverhill park. Haverhill Police report that 24-year-old Christopher Stearns of North Andover was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Cashman’s Field park on Hilldale Avenue.
He is charged with larceny over $250 and destruction of property over $250, fencing. An investigation is ongoing.
