A New Hampshire woman will become the next leader of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber’s board of directors chose Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Stacey Bruzzese as its next President. Bruzzese, who has led the Derry-Londonderry Chamber since September of 2012, was selected by search committee from a field of more than 50 applicants.
Other applicants reportedly included former Congressman and Massport head Peter I. Blute and current chamber Chairwoman Clare Macoul. She will succeed outgoing Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce President and former Haverhill City Councilor Sven Amirian.
Bruzzese is also a former marketing and media director for the Greater Salem, New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. Her first day at the helm of the Greater Haverhill Chamber is July 7.
