This Week’s Public Meetings: Princeton Bradford Drainage Plan Before ConCom Thursday

The company that bought the former Forest Acres apartment complex last year is before the Haverhill Conservation Commission Thursday night to discuss drainage improvements. Princeton Properties seeks to make drainage improvements at buildings and parking areas along Forest Acres Drive. The 45-year old apartment complex, now known as “Princeton Bradford,” is working through a three-year capital plan that will see the complex’s 49 buildings—410 units—and various facilities receive interior and exterior upgrades.
