Attorney Arianna A. Gallagher recently joined Downey Law Group and DLG Closing, a law practice based in Topsfield and Haverhill.
Gallagher, a Boxford native now of Newburyport, is an experienced real estate lawyer in both residential and commercial property transactions, having practiced law since 2014. She graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 2014, and is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She represents buyers, sellers, lenders and developers, in both real estate transfers and land use matters.
“My favorite part of what I do is working with clients to help give them peace of mind as they go through a real estate transaction. I spend time explaining the closing process and the legal documents in a way clients will understand before they sign them.” Gallagher said in a release.
With Gallagher joining the firm, Downey Law Group /DLG Closing has grown to eight lawyers, including Brian P. Downey, Caitlin M. Masys, Thomas J. Sullivan, Aubrie L. Gallagher, James P. Cleary III, Joseph A. Cleary and John J. O’Keefe.
“We are excited to welcome attorney Gallagher to our growing law practice, particularly in the area of real estate conveyance as this will allow us to better serve our valued clients. We will continue to do all aspects of property law, including land use and zoning, as well as estate planning and trusts, probate administration, and corporate law,” said Downey.
Gallagher is married with two children.
