Businesses considering reorganization or liquidation may learn about choices when SCORE presents a free online presentation next week.
During “What Small Businesses Need to Know When Considering Bankruptcy,” David Berman of SCORE Boston, centers on issues in connection with both a liquidation and reorganization proceeding under federal bankruptcy laws, but also out-of-court alternatives. There will be opportunities to ask questions during the hour-long meeting.
