Thinking about spring cleaning? The Friends of Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland are looking for vendors for its upcoming 17th Annual Indoor Flea Market.
“Everyone is welcome—crafters, antiques dealers, or folks just cleaning out,” said organizer Claire Walsh.
The event will be held Saturday, March 29, from 8.a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Veasey Park Community Building, 201 Washington St., in Groveland. Vendor rental fees range from $20 for a four-foot table to $30 for an eight-foot space. Walsh said $10 reserves a table.
This popular event is a fundraiser with proceeds going towards the upkeep of the 47.5-acre conservation and recreation area, Walsh said. This year, flea market profits will help purchase trees as part of an aggressive reforestation program to reclaim badly overgrown sections of the park, she added.
Walsh can be reached by calling 978-376-6779 or emailing [email protected].
