Veterans Northeast Outreach Center offers a dog biscuit baking workshop led by Operation Biscuit.
The program is limited to 12 participants and takes place Thursday, March 13, from 12:30-3 p.m., at 10 Reed St., Haverhill. Registration is required by Monday, March 10.
