“Gentle Flow Yoga” with instructor Taylor Gillette begins Monday night at the Haverhill Public Library.

The library says the “slow and thoughtful practice at room temperature will include yogic breathing, meditation, standing, seated, supine and balancing postures, ending with a deep relaxation.”

All levels are welcomed and no experience is necessary. A yoga mat is required and those with props, such as yoga blocks and towel, may bring them.

The free program is offered Monday, Jan. 6, at 6:30 p.m., and Monday, Jan. 13, at 9:30 a.m., in the Johnson Auditorium, 99 Main St., Haverhill. Registration takes place online at haverhillpl.org.
