Haverhill Public Library Offers Games and Movie to Complete 2024

As part of its mission, WHAV provides information and resources targeting health and wellness, food insecurity, after-school programs, education and housing to residents of Greater Haverhill and the Merrimack Valley. The Haverhill Public Library continues to offer a variety of programs through the year end.

A game night, sponsored by the Essex County Gamers MeetUp Group, features a variety of board games, including strategy and abstract games. Participants are welcome to bring their own games. The next session is Thursday, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., in the Milhendler Room at the Haverhill Public Library, 99 Main St., Haverhill. Families and all experience levels are welcome.

Friday Flicks take place, Dec. 27, from 10 a.m. to noon, with the screening of “Die Hard” with Bruce Willis in the Johnson Auditorium.

Events are open to the public, with no registration required.
