The lighting marks the 25th anniversary of the holiday tradition.

Benjamin Goldbaum will provide music and Bobby Gariepy will lead cast members from the Methuen Music Hall production of “A Christmas Carol” in holiday songs.

It starts Sunday, Dec. 1 at 6 p.m., at Gale Park, between Kenoza Avenue and Mill Street in Haverhill.

There will be a jar for donations for the cost of installing the lights and maintaining the park.
