Lupoli Companies Names Pierson as Vice President of Real Estate and Development

Morgan Pierson was recently named senior vice president of real estate and development for Lupoli Companies, becoming responsible for a variety of projects including a mixed-use development in downtown Haverhill.

Pierson, becomes responsible for overseeing Lupoli Companies’ real estate portfolio including future developments in the Merrimack Valley and beyond. He brings more than 20 years of real estate experience from both large institutional leaders and regional entrepreneurial firms in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Lupoli Companies, Pierson was senior vice president of development at Boston-based Berkeley Investments, a 30-year-old minority business enterprise focused on mixed-use developments throughout Greater Boston. Most recently, he oversaw the design and full entitlement of the $1.2 billion mixed-use redevelopment in the Boston’s Allston neighborhood. Prior to Berkeley, he was director of development at Greystar where he oversaw a variety of projects throughout the New England region.

Besides Haverhill, Pierson will take part in the expansion of Riverwalk Innovation District, redevelopment of the Hampton Beach Casino and new ground-up mixed-use developments in Lowell and Littleton.
