Pentucket Bank Names Mandzo as Vice President, Business Relationship Manager

Elma Mandzo was recently named vice president, treasury, and business relationship manager at Pentucket Bank.

Mandzo is responsible for providing business clients comprehensive treasury management solutions tailored to their needs. She is also responsible for business development and community involvement, as well as sales coaching and support for the retail staff.

“She has a great deal of experience working with businesses of all sizes and takes the time to understand their unique needs and provide solutions. She’s a true banking partner which makes her a great resource for her customers and an incredible asset to the bank,” said Stacey Palovich, senior vice president, senior banking officer.

Mandzo has more than 18 years of banking experience and joins Pentucket Bank following three years at Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank’s affiliate bank under River Run, where she was vice president, retail sales manager, responsible for managing business development officers and spearheading retail sales initiatives.

She is actively involved in the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce where she was recently named chairman of the board of directors. She also sits on the boards of Friends of North Shore Education Consortium and Pettengill House.
