A 39-year-old Maine man was arrested by Haverhill Police this week on I-495 and charged with fentanyl drug trafficking and related charges.
Timothy Cook of Seal Cove, Maine, was arrested Monday at 10:22 p.m. by Detective Michael Shinners. Cook was also charged with possession of drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
