The Haverhill Council on Aging is holding stress reduction classes with mindfulness meditation.
Instructed by Magdalena Blouin, the classes aim to reduce anxiety, irritability, insomnia, high blood pressure, pain and depression through meditation.
Classes are Mondays, 10:30 a.m.- 1 p.m. at Haverhill Citizen Center, 10 Welcome St., Haverhill.
