Merrimack Valley Music and Arts is launching its “Community Classrooms” program.

The nonprofit is seeking hosts to launch their own classes in provided and equipped spaces. As hosts, teachers may teach their own art, music, theater and other courses for their own clients in partnership with Merrimack Valley Music and Arts for a small fee.

“We believe in empowering others toward their own creative pathways that most often create success in other areas of their life. Our vision is not just to play or to paint, but to prosper,” said Letriah Masters, founder.

Based at 145 Essex St. in Haverhill, the group offers art, music, songwriting instruction, artist development, theater camps and events to adults, teenagers and children of all levels in the Merrimack Valley. It also offers scholarships for underserved students.

Merrimack Valley Music and Arts is offering tours which may be scheduled by emailing [email protected] or calling 978-377-0504.
