Joseph M. Calnan, 61, of Haverhill, passed away Friday, Jan. 31. A graduate of Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School, class of 1977, Calnan was raised and educated in Haverhill. Owner of Calnan Home Improvement, he rehabbed many properties throughout the Merrimack Valley. In 1989, he founded the original Haverhill Boxing Club and co-founded Haverhill Inner City Boxing Club and Youth Development. Calling hours are Saturday, Feb.8 from 2-5 p.m. at Kevin B.
