The Haverhill Public Library, along with members of the United States Census Bureau, is hosting a discussion of the 2020 U.S. Census on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.
This Decennial Census, known also as the Population and Housing Census, will determine state and local funding over the next 10 years, as well as how many seats each state will have in the House of Representatives.
