Laughing and lunching—for a cause. Five hundred supporters of the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center came together for the health care provider’s 10th annual “In Pink” brunch and fashion show Oct. 26, raising $112,000 to fund women’s initiatives at the practice.

It is the first year proceeds from the Loretta LaRoche-hosted affair at the Andover Country Club topped $100,000—a feat Senior Vice President for External Relations Rich Napolitano called “nothing short of remarkable.”

As WHAV reported last month, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center plans to expand into Haverhill with a new outpost projected to create 40 new jobs for the city within the first three years of operation. The partnership between Holy Family Hospital and the City of Haverhill will offer primary care, opioid treatment, behavioral health options and a pharmacy.
