To get into the spooky spirit, 97.9 WHAV FM is bringing the city themed on-air content starting Wednesday night with a broadcast of the “War of the Worlds” at 10 p.m. Oct. 30. An encore of the historic broadcast—celebrating its 81st anniversary—happens three hours later at 1 a.m.
