Margaret Mary “MaryLee” Garbec, 97, a lifelong Haverhill resident, died Tuesday, July 23, at Hannah Dustin Healthcare. Garbec both started and ended her life within Haverhill’s borders. Upon graduating high svhool, she worked in a shoe factory and went on to work at the former AT&T in North Andover, a job that suited her love of talking on the telephone. Calling hours are Thursday, July 25, from 4-7 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Bradford. Her funeral takes place Friday, July 26, beginning at 10 a.m., at the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11 in St. James Church, 185 Winter St. Haverhill. Burial is in St. James Cemetery, Haverhill.
