A local Servpro franchise received national recognition at a companywide gathering to mark the 50th anniversary in Sacramento, Calif. The Haverhill/Newburyport outpost, headed by David Hart, was honored for the location’s disaster cleanup efforts in the wake of September 2018’s gas-related fires in Andover, North Andover and Lawrence.
Hart accepted the Chairman’s Silver Award for his location’s top performance status late last month.
“It is always gratifying to earn a distinction for our business but it feels especially good this year,” said Hart. “We are proud to be part of Servpro’s team of dedicated disaster remediation professionals, and to know that we have both the tools and the knowledge to serve home and business owners in our community should the need arise.”
